Junior Consultant

You'll be working on real GRC implementations with clients, from day one. That means no coffee runs, just hands-on project work with growing responsibility every step of the way.

What you'll do

• You analyse how clients currently manage their governance, risk and compliance processes — and help improve them
• You help configure and set up the ServiceNow platform for clients, including GRC modules, workflows and dashboards
• You join client meetings and workshops, listen, ask the right questions and translate what you hear into concrete actions
• You test what has been built, spot what isn't working yet and solve it together with an experienced consultant or developer
• You support training and adoption programmes, create tailored training materials and act as the first point of contact for business questions

What you bring

• At least MBO level 4, preferably HBO
• Interest in GRC — governance, risk and compliance sounds like a challenge to you, not a barrier
• Affinity with IT — you don't need to be a developer, but technology shouldn't scare you
• You are proactive, eager to learn and have a hands-on mentality
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or other (GRC) tooling implementations
